I was truly saddened and shocked when I heard of Jennifer's untimely passing. In the couple of times I met Jennifer I felt as if I knew her, and I liked her a lot. The first time I met her was at their Wedding, and as the bride she came round to chat, and she and I talked for ages and I felt we got on really well and I was pleasantly surprised that the bride spared so much time for me on her 'Special Day'. John: I have just read your report of your Wedding Day on here and I don't remember the rain, or that you had to drive yourself in your old car; I remember the church and the Wedding, but other than that the only 2 things that stick in my mind are the story above and talking to your Mum and Dad in the entrance hall on the way into the Reception Hall! For the interest of anyone else reading this, John is my cousin and so we saw quite a bit of each other as children, then when we were in our early teens, my family moved down to the south coast, hence we didn't see much of John and his Mum and Dad, and that's why I hadn't met Jennifer previously. Our Grandma used to see them often and used to tell me about them, and I know she liked Jennifer a lot and approved of her for her Grandson.
